With over 22 years of web development experience, Jennifer Mills brings a unique blend of technical expertise and regulatory precision to the Soda Pop Graphics team. As Sr. Project Manager, she leads complex projects with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are not only met but exceeded.

Before joining the world of digital design and development, Jennifer worked as a Clinical Regulatory Specialist for Aventis Pharma (formerly Rhone-Poulenc Rorer), where she honed her skills in FDA compliance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Jennifer began her career as a systems analyst and database developer, where she notably built the finance database for the New York State Department of Education—an enterprise-level system that supported critical fiscal operations and reporting. That experience laid a solid foundation for her future in data-driven development and large-scale project coordination.

Jennifer’s diverse background gives her a rare perspective on both the technical and strategic sides of every project. She’s the calm in the chaos, the connector between creatives and coders, and the driving force behind our smooth project rollouts.
